Here’s the deal

We make the only reusable handlebar tape on the planet. Woven in Sweden from 100% eco-friendly materials. Washable. Built to survive gravel, sweat, and the occasional crash. No plastic. No slip. Just grip.

We started Grepp in 2020 because we were tired of bar tape that looked and felt like cling film. Two bike nerds in Scandinavia thought "we can do better" — and we did.

Now riders love us. Bike shops are catching on. And we need someone to help us get Grepp into more hands (and onto more handlebars) around the world.

That someone might be you.

The mission

Help us grow our global network of bike shop partners. You'll be our scout, our storyteller, and our first point of contact with shops we want to work with.

You’ll spend your time:

Hunting for cool bike shops on Instagram, Google, and wherever else your curiosity takes you
Writing emails and DMs that actually get opened (and answered)
Keeping track of conversations in our CRM
Brainstorming new markets and creative ways to reach them
Joining online team meetings (on-site is optional, but we’re fun, promise)

This isn't a "fetch coffee and file papers" kind of job. You'll have real responsibility, real autonomy, and a real impact on where Grepp goes next.

You might be our person if you...

Are located in Sweden
Can write and speak English fluently (we need to be able to chat!)
Have a creative streak — in how you find leads and how you reach out
Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Want to learn, grow, and actually get things done
Can figure out a CRM (or are willing to learn)

Bonus points if you...

Ride bikes (any kind — we don't gatekeep)
Geek out over components, builds, or the cycling industry
Speak German, Spanish, French, or Dutch (we're always eyeing new markets)
Prior experience using Odoo
